You can cancel at any time. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current subscription period.

  • For monthly subscription
    Cancellation is effective at the end of the month for which you have paid. Use the form on the Printix Administrator Support page to submit a support request informing us that you want to cancel your subscription. If you cannot access Printix Administrator, you can write to: support@printix.net. Remember to include your organization’s Printix Home (Example: acme.printix.net). If you Sign in to Printix Product Support you can also submit a support request there.
  • For annual subscription
    Cancellation is effective at the end of the year for which you have paid. Please contact finance@printix.net.
