Use the form on the Printix Administrator Support page to submit a support request informing us that you want to cancel your subscription. If you cannot access Printix Administrator, you can write to: email@example.com. Remember to include your organization’s Printix Home (Example: acme.printix.net). If you Sign in to Printix Product Support you can also submit a support request there.
- The subscription will be canceled, but it continues until the end of the ongoing agreement.
