13.77. How to deploy Printix Client for Mac with Addigy

Download Printix Client for macOS

1. Open the Software page.
2. Select Printix Client for MAC to download it.
   Take note of the version number of the downloaded file, because it will be needed later.
3. Open Downloads, for example, from the Dock at the bottom of the screen.
4. Double-select CLIENT_{home}_{id}.DMG.
   After a few seconds, the Printix Client dialog appears.
5. Copy the cardboard box icon (Printix Client.pkg) to a temporary location.

Addigy

6. Log in to your Addigy environment and select Catalog, and then Software.
7. On the Smart Software tab, select New.
8. Enter a Software name and the Version you copied in step 2.
9. For the Installation Files, upload and select the .pkg file you copied in step 5.
   Follow the instructions on the file selection screens until you return to the Installation Files. The file is successfully selected if green text says “Apps found”.
10. Save the changes.
11. Go to Policies and add a desired policy from the catalog.
12. Select Deploy.
