Central management needs to be disabled, so Printix Go can add an entry to the address list during sign in.

  1. Open the printer’s web page and Login as administrator.
  2. On the menu, select Device Management, and then Central Management.
  3. In Device Setting, select Do not Manage Centrally.
  4. Select OK.
