- Open the Support page.
- Fill out the form.
To help us investigate and hopefully reproduce the issue, we urge you to include as much detail as possible, such as:
- As Priority optionally select Urgent, High, Normal (default) or Low.
- Select Send.
Use the form on the Support page for quicker response. If you cannot access Printix Administrator, you can write to: email@example.com. Remember to include your organization’s tenant name (Example: acme.printix.net). If you Sign in to Printix Product Support, you can also submit a support request there.
