  1. Select Menu , Support .

  1. Fill out the form.
    To help us investigate and hopefully reproduce the issue, we urge you to include as much detail as possible, such as:
    • The name of the involved user, computer, printer and print queue.
    • Can the issue be reproduced, or does it happen randomly?
    • When did the issue occur?
    • Printix Power BI solution issues should be reported through GitHub, as this is a community built open source project.
  1. As Priority optionally select Urgent, High, Normal (default) or Low.
  2. Select Send.

Once the support request is opened, you can subsequently add attachments like screenshots. This can be added to the resulting email or if you Sign in to Printix Product Support and find your newly created support request.
