Some print drivers can make print jobs that contain 0 bytes. If you look in the Windows PrintService event logs, you will also see a message that says that the print job contains 0 bytes.

On the computer in question:

  1. Remove print queue that uses the print driver.
  2. Remove the print driver and driver packages.
  3. Restart the Print Spooler.
  4. Add the print queue again and try to print.
