- Trying to fetch data from the printer or Printix Client is trying to contact the Printix Cloud.
- Verify that you can reach the printer, that is, you can ping the print from a computer with Printix Client on the printer’s network.
RESOLUTION 1: Wait until data has been fetched. Please submit a support request if it keeps happening.
- An unregistered printer displays the message Fetching data. This is an expected issue with HP Gemstone 2 printers.
RESOLUTION 2: Add the printer manually in Printix Administrator.
