In Printix Client for Windows, when you select Sign in with Microsoft, you could at some point in the sign in flow end up with a blank page without being signed in.

In this case the PrintixService.log file will contain the texts:

  • Invalid URI: The hostname could not be parsed
  • httpWebRequestProxy: Proxy server ON, server =

RESOLUTION:

  1. Contact us to be updated to Printix Client version 1.3.565.0 or later.
  2. Install the Printix Client on the computer. This is necessary because the automatic update only works when a user is signed in.
