On the Setup tab, you can modify the role of the user.

  1. Select Role and thereby what functions the user can perform:
  2. Select Save at the bottom of the screen.
    An email is sent to the user.

Additional tabs:


  • User
    Can use Printix.
  • System manager
    Full rights in Printix Administrator to control everything, including the roles of users.
  • Guest
    Can use Printix.
    • The role of a guest cannot be changed.

  • Email (Printix account)
  • Microsoft
  • Google
  • Okta
  • OneLogin


Only available if role is System manager.

  • Receive email about
    • Check Data breach to be notified about breach of data.
    • Check Updated legal documents to be notified about updated versions of: Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.


List of the computers the user is signed into.
